The world was still brand new to the little puppy.

Wrapped in the warmth of a soft blanket, the tiny black-and-white pup sat quietly, blinking his round eyes as he looked around the room with endless curiosity.

Everything fascinated him.

The sunlight on the floor.

The gentle sounds nearby.

Even his own tiny paws.

He lifted one, tilted his head, and stared at it as if he had only just discovered it existed.

Perhaps today was the day those little paws would finally carry him into the world.

With a determined little huff, the puppy planted his front paws firmly on the blanket and pushed upward.

His back legs trembled like tiny leaves in the breeze.

For a moment, he wobbled from side to side, unsure whether his body wanted to stand or sit back down.

But something inside him whispered…

“Try anyway.”

So he did.

One tiny step.

Then another.

Every movement was clumsy.

Every step looked uncertain.

Yet there wasn’t the slightest hint of giving up in those bright little eyes.

He wasn’t trying to be perfect.

He was simply trying.

After only a few wobbly steps, his tiny legs tangled beneath him.

Plop.

He landed face-first on the soft blanket.

For a second, everything became wonderfully quiet.

The little puppy blinked in surprise.

Then he slowly looked around as if checking whether anyone had seen his dramatic fall.

Satisfied that the world was still smiling, he gave a tiny shake of his head…

And tried again.

Because puppies don’t measure success by how many times they fall.

They only care about standing back up.

This time, something was different.

His little legs seemed to remember what they had learned only moments before.

His balance grew steadier.

His steps became smoother.

One…

Two…

Three…

Soon his tiny tail was wagging so quickly that it almost threw him off balance again.

But now he didn’t mind wobbling.

Because he was moving.

Really moving.

Before long, the little puppy was toddling happily across the room, his tiny paws padding softly against the floor as though he had been walking forever.

Then he noticed something in front of him.

The camera.

With the biggest puppy smile imaginable, he waddled straight toward it, his little tail wagging so hard that his whole body bounced from side to side.

He wasn’t running very fast.

He wasn’t walking perfectly.

But to everyone watching…

He was absolutely unstoppable.

Every strong dog begins life exactly this way.

With uncertain legs.

Tiny stumbles.

And a brave little heart that refuses to quit.

Because every beautiful journey starts with one small step.
